THE  T-SHIRT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

Many items sell out quickly, but there is a possibility that the item may be restocked.  There will be a  EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE  tab on items that are sold out. Make sure you add your email address so that you will be the first to be notified once it is restocked.  Please note that some items are limited edition and may not be restocked.  Look in the details section of the product to see if a product is limited edition or not. Please don't hesitate to email us at  customercare@femininefunk.com if you have any further questions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

In rare cases, some orders have canceled due to merchandise being unavailable.  Again, this is extremely rare, however, in the event that it does happen, you will be contacted about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Customers WILL NOT be able to cancel their order once order is placed

We are open for business THURS-SAT from 12:30PM - 5:30 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (excluding ALL holidays)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are processed within 5-10 business days of purchase. We do try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time.  All of our orders ship via USPS. Most domestic packages will arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped, depending on location. International orders vary. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: For all "pre-order" tees, please allow 3-4 weeks after your order was placed to receive it.

WHEN I CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER, THE PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS "DELIVERED", HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.  CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER AGAIN?

Unfortunately, once a package is shown as "DELIVERED" it is no longer our responsibility and out of our hands .  A package with a tracking status of "DELIVERED" is our indicator that the package did arrive at your place of residence/business/etc.  We do understand that things can happen to a package after it is delivered, which is why we recommend that you contact your local post office to file a claim or complete a missing/lost mail form.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns
Customers are able to make a return up to 10 days after purchase. NO returns will be made after 10 days have gone by since receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note:  Only items that you purchased are eligible for refund.  Shipping fees WILL NOT be refunded.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not return:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@femininefunk.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@femininefunk.com and send your item along with $5 for shipping and handling to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
